Your data and your customers' data
Your business decides
For your contacts' data, your business is the controller (Data Fiduciary) and Benji One is the processor (Data Processor), acting on your instructions. For your own account data, such as your login and billing contact, Benji One is the controller.
Stored in India
Our servers are in India. Meta carries every WhatsApp message, and AI providers process AI requests, so some data is handled outside India.
Encrypted keys and tokens
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. AI provider keys and Meta access tokens are stored encrypted. Each workspace's data is kept separate, and connections use HTTPS.
Not for sale. Not for ads. Not for training.
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising, and we don't use your or your customers' messages to train our own AI models.
Your AI key, your provider
If you bring your own AI key, your AI requests go to the provider you chose, and are not mixed with ours unless you turn on fallback. Otherwise our default AI providers handle them.
Deletion
When you delete your workspace or ask us to, we remove its data from live systems within 30 days. Backups can keep it for up to six months.

Built on the WhatsApp Business Platform
Luna is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform and uses Meta's Embedded Signup, so your business connects its own WhatsApp Business Account. Businesses using Luna must have lawful opt-in from their contacts, follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and Meta's Platform Terms, send marketing only with Meta-approved templates, and honour opt-outs. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these rules. See our Terms of Service.
