Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Message Benji One on WhatsApp (+1 204 453 5323) from your registered number saying you want your account and data deleted, or email support@benjione.com giving your WhatsApp number.
- We may ask you to confirm you own the number.
- We remove your data from live systems within 30 days apart from what the law requires us to keep.
- Database backups can keep deleted data for up to six months, are used for nothing else, and the data is deleted again if a backup is ever restored.
Disconnect Google Calendar
Disconnect from the Calendars page on benji.benjione.com, or go to your Google Account > Security > Third-party access and remove Benji One's access.
If a friend added your number
Anyone whose number was added by a friend can ask us to delete it. Email support@benjione.com and tell us the number you want removed.
